Waterdrop
Waterdrop's systems are built around BPA-free plastic housings, filter shells, and tubing - the standard RO construction. Some countertop models pair the system with a detachable glass pitcher, which keeps the purified water off plastic once it is dispensed, but the filtration path itself is plastic throughout. The draw here is contaminant removal (microplastics, PFAS), not plastic-free materials.
How clear are their specs?
Publishes NSF/ANSI certifications and states BPA-free plastics, but does not fully document internal tubing and housing materials.
