Preethi
Preethi doesn't frame itself around plastic avoidance, but the mixer-grinder format it sells - powerful motor base driving all-stainless jars - happens to be one of the few ways to get a full-size blend/grind path where the vessel and blades are steel. The jar lids and gaskets are plastic and silicone, and the jar bases have a plastic coupler, so it is not fully plastic-free; but the high-friction, high-heat blend wall is stainless, which is the main concern with plastic blender jars.
How clear are their specs?
Clearly states the jars and blades are 100% stainless steel (salt-spray tested), but says little about the lid, gasket, and coupler plastics.
