Specs partially disclosed Made in Finland mysoda.eu ↗

Leans on a sustainability story more than an actual plastic-free one: the machine body is a wood-based composite, but that composite is still bio-based polypropylene with wood fibre, so it's renewable-sourced plastic rather than no plastic. The Glassy uses a glass bottle, which keeps the carbonated water out of a plastic container, but the nozzle and cap materials are unverified — we assume some plastic in the parts the water actually passes through, which is why it rates only minimal-contact. The design-award framing and "wood composite" language do some marketing work here. It's a lower-plastic take on a soda maker, not a plastic-free one.

How clear are their specs?

They're upfront that the body is a bio-based polypropylene/wood-fibre composite, but they don't clearly disclose the nozzle and cap materials that touch the water, leaving a gap right at the food-contact point.
