H2o Labs
H2o Labs positions its stainless models as a plastic-avoidance choice: the Model 300SS has a stainless exterior, a 304 stainless steam chamber and condensing coil, and a porcelain nozzle insert so the pure water never touches plastic, collecting into a borosilicate glass carafe. A cheaper 100SS variant ships a polypropylene carafe instead - the glass-carafe model is the one to choose here. Any remaining plastics are food-safe and out of the water path.
How clear are their specs?
States a 304 stainless steam chamber and condensing coil, a porcelain nozzle insert, and a glass carafe on the 300SS, and that no polycarbonate/plastic parts contact the distilled water.
