All-Clad

Specs clearly published Made in USA all-clad.com ↗

All-Clad doesn't market plastic-free, but its core cookware is plastic-free by construction: bonded stainless with no nonstick coating, so nothing plastic touches food. The two items we list — the tri-ply D3 and the all-steel stovetop kettle — are riveted stainless with no plastic or silicone anywhere in the food path. Plastic only shows up on peripheral lines (coated pans, plastic-handled gadgets) that aren't the reason to buy the brand.

How clear are their specs?

The relevant lines are simple, visible materials — 18/10 cooking surface, an aluminum core sealed inside, riveted steel handles — with no coatings or liners to disclose.

Lead testing disclosure

All-Clad's California AB1200 disclosure page lists the chemical classes present in its stainless products (chromium, nickel, iron, manganese, copper, aluminum) as required by law, but does not mention lead or cadmium specifically and cites no test numbers, detection limits, or named lab - it is generic regulatory boilerplate, not a testing disclosure. No dedicated lead/cadmium safety page or third-party lab report was found on all-clad.com.
